Viking VXD Double-Interlocked Preaction Systems utilize a Viking Model VXD Deluge Valve controlled by a pneumatic actuator normally held closed by air/nitrogen maintained in the automatic sprinkler system in conjunction with a normally closed electric solenoid valve controlled by an approved system release control panel with compatible detection system. In order for the deluge valve to open and fill the system with water, the electric detection system must activate and the air/nitrogen must be relieved from the system. If the electric detection system (alone) operates due to fire, damage, or malfunction, an alarm will activate but the deluge valve will NOT open. If the sprinkler piping is damaged or a sprinkler is broken or fused, but the detection system has not activated, an alarm will activate but the deluge valve will NOT open. In fire conditions, operation of both the detection system and a sprinkler is required before the deluge valve will open allowing water to enter the system piping.

Please note WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS. If your order is placed on after 1pm PST, the weekend, or on a holiday even if you select expedited shipping, the shipment will not be sent out until the next business day.
If your items are not in stock and will not ship out immediately, you will receive an email from our warehouse letting you know that you have items that are on backorder. They will estimate an approximate ship date. The order will ship them out once received from the manufacturer. We do ship partial order if requested.
If you need an item expedited and immediately sent, please call us to verify stock.
You may return most* new, undamaged/unused items within 100 days of order/delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note, custom made, made to order items, and fire sprinkler heads may not be returned.
*Fire Sprinkler Heads: We regret to inform you that sprinkler heads are not eligible for returns or exchanges once they have left our warehouse. Due to the inability to track their handling and ensure their condition upon return, we cannot accept them back. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you are unsure which heads are needed for your application, please contact us before placing your order. Our team will ensure the correct heads are matched to your requirements, minimizing the need for returns. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, please email us at sales@wesupplyit.com and request a return. Please include the order number in your email and we will send you a return label by email. Once you receive the return label, please affix it to your box and send the items back. Once the items are received by our warehouse they will be inspected and if items are not used/damaged, we will then refund your items to the payment method you used.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
