Apply for Net 30 Terms

If your organization would like Net 30 terms with Bulk Industries, Inc., please follow the instructions below.

How to Apply

1. Download and complete our Credit Application

   • CREDIT APPLICATION

2. Email your completed application

   • Send the filled-out credit application to: sales@bulkindustries.com

   • If your organization is tax-exempt or purchasing for resale, please include your resale certificate or tax-exempt certificate with your application so we can set it on file.

3. Await confirmation

   • Our credit team will review your submission.

   • We will notify you once your account has been approved for Net 30 terms.

4. Place orders by Purchase Order (PO)

   • After approval, simply email your purchase orders to sales@bulkindustries.com.

   • We will process your order, send you an order confirmation, and ship your products.

   • An invoice will be issued once your order ships, with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Notes

• Net 30 terms are offered at the discretion of Bulk Industries, Inc. and subject to credit approval.

• Late payments may result in suspension of terms or account privileges.
