Viking’s patented VK680 flat plate concealed sidewall sprinkler is cULus Listed as an extended coverage sprinkler for light hazard occupancies. The VK680 has a ¾ in (20 mm) NPT thread size and a K-factor of 8.0 (115). The sprinkler is cULus Listed for coverage areas up to and including 16' x 24' (4,9 x 7,3 m) and 18’ x 22’ (5,5 m x 6,7 m). Additionally, it has a temperature rating of 165°F (74°C) and can be installed up to 12” (305 mm) below the ceiling to better accommodate potential installation obstructions, such as light fixtures and crown moldings. The VK680 has a compact design, with a total length of only 2 inches (51 mm), allowing for easier installation in tight wall spaces. The cover plate for the VK680 commercial sidewall sprinkler is offered in a standard white finish and has a 135°F (57°C) temperature rating. Through Viking’s industry-leading custom paint program, Viking can apply virtually any brand and type of paint to the cover plate as well. Please note WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS. If your order is placed on after 1pm PST, the weekend, or on a holiday even if you select expedited shipping, the shipment will not be sent out until the next business day.
If your items are not in stock and will not ship out immediately, you will receive an email from our warehouse letting you know that you have items that are on backorder. They will estimate an approximate ship date. The order will ship them out once received from the manufacturer. We do ship partial order if requested.
If you need an item expedited and immediately sent, please call us to verify stock.
You may return most* new, undamaged/unused items within 100 days of order/delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note, custom made, made to order items, and fire sprinkler heads may not be returned.
*Fire Sprinkler Heads: We regret to inform you that sprinkler heads are not eligible for returns or exchanges once they have left our warehouse. Due to the inability to track their handling and ensure their condition upon return, we cannot accept them back. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you are unsure which heads are needed for your application, please contact us before placing your order. Our team will ensure the correct heads are matched to your requirements, minimizing the need for returns. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, please email us at sales@wesupplyit.com and request a return. Please include the order number in your email and we will send you a return label by email. Once you receive the return label, please affix it to your box and send the items back. Once the items are received by our warehouse they will be inspected and if items are not used/damaged, we will then refund your items to the payment method you used.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
