The Model RC-RES Residential Flat Concealed Sprinklers are automatic sprinklers of the compressed fusible solder type. They are decorative and fast responding. The Cover Plate Assembly hides the Deflector, Heat Responsive Element etc., which is concealed above the ceiling. The cover plate has a flat profile, and its diameter is extremely small (2-5/8 inch, 68mm). The push-on and/or thread-on, thread-off design of the concealed cover plate assembly allows for easy installation of the cover plate. Therefore, the Model RC-RES should be your first choice when aesthetics is the major consideration for ultimate appeal and unbeatable performance is desired. The Model RC-RES is designed for residential occupancies and is perfect for use in homes, hotels and other living quarters.

The Model RC-RES is to be used in wet pipe residential sprinkler systems for One- and Two- Family Dwellings and Manufactured Homes per NFPA 13D; wet pipe residential sprinkler systems for Residential Occupancies up to and Including Four Stories in Height per NFPA 13R; or, wet pipe sprinkler systems for the residential portions of any occupancies per NFPA 13.

We offer shipping through UPS, FedEx and USPS. Expedited shipping is available through the website. If you would like us to charge your shipping account, please email us your purchase order with shipping account information or contact our office by phone to place your order.

• Order is placed by 1pm PST

Please note WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS.  If your order is placed on after 1pm PST, the weekend, or on a holiday even if you select expedited shipping, the shipment will not be sent out until the next business day.

If your items are not in stock and will not ship out immediately, you will receive an email from our warehouse letting you know that you have items that are on backorder.  They will estimate an approximate ship date.  The order will ship them out once received from the manufacturer.  We do ship partial order if requested.

If you need an item expedited and immediately sent, please call us to verify stock.

You may return most* new, undamaged/unused items within 100 days of order/delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note, custom made, made to order items, and fire sprinkler heads may not be returned.

*Fire Sprinkler Heads:  We regret to inform you that sprinkler heads are not eligible for returns or exchanges once they have left our warehouse. Due to the inability to track their handling and ensure their condition upon return, we cannot accept them back. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you are unsure which heads are needed for your application, please contact us before placing your order. Our team will ensure the correct heads are matched to your requirements, minimizing the need for returns. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team with any questions or concerns.

If you need to return an item, please email us at sales@wesupplyit.com and request a return.  Please include the order number in your email and we will send you a return label by email.  Once you receive the return label, please affix it to your box and send the items back.  Once the items are received by our warehouse they will be inspected and if items are not used/damaged, we will then refund your items to the payment method you used.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
