The InnovairFlex D2 2-wire photoelectric duct smoke detector features a pivoting housing that fits various applications: both square and rectangular footprints mount to round or rectangular duct work.
This new duct smoke detector senses airflow speeds ranging from 100 to 4,000 feet per minute with proven System Sensor
precision. The enhancements built into this model improve false alarm immunity (with plug-in sensor head); broaden operating temperature (−4°F to 158°F) and humidity (0 to 95 percent noncondensing) ranges; while simplifying installation and maintenance. These advance features can detect smoke even in the harshest duct applications.
The new design provides more wiring space with an added ¾ inch conduit knockout. Numbers and labels for terminal designations are consistent with previous Innovair models. The new sampling tube can be clicked into position with one smooth motion from either the front or the back of the detector.
The InnovairFlex D2 duct smoke detector has signals to indicate trouble and maintenance conditions. Additionally, a cover tamper feature is incorporated to indicate a trouble condition for removed or improperly installed sensor cover. An improved cover design, with an integrated the low-flow feature, isolates the sensor head from the low-flow technology for simple maintenance.
The InnovairFlex series is designed for greater flexibility and reliable smoke detection to simplify installation and maintenance. The new InnovairFlex product line is backward compatible to existing Innovair models, including remote test accessories

Please note WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS. If your order is placed on after 1pm PST, the weekend, or on a holiday even if you select expedited shipping, the shipment will not be sent out until the next business day.
If your items are not in stock and will not ship out immediately, you will receive an email from our warehouse letting you know that you have items that are on backorder. They will estimate an approximate ship date. The order will ship them out once received from the manufacturer. We do ship partial order if requested.
If you need an item expedited and immediately sent, please call us to verify stock.
You may return most* new, undamaged/unused items within 100 days of order/delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note, custom made, made to order items, and fire sprinkler heads may not be returned.
*Fire Sprinkler Heads: We regret to inform you that sprinkler heads are not eligible for returns or exchanges once they have left our warehouse. Due to the inability to track their handling and ensure their condition upon return, we cannot accept them back. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you are unsure which heads are needed for your application, please contact us before placing your order. Our team will ensure the correct heads are matched to your requirements, minimizing the need for returns. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, please email us at sales@wesupplyit.com and request a return. Please include the order number in your email and we will send you a return label by email. Once you receive the return label, please affix it to your box and send the items back. Once the items are received by our warehouse they will be inspected and if items are not used/damaged, we will then refund your items to the payment method you used.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
